Join Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP) for our biannual Lunchtime Leader Chat! In May, we welcome Doug Bolton, president of The Metropolitan Club, to discuss his career journey, share insights into his success and offer advice to young professionals.

Doug Bolton began his role as President of the Metropolitan Club in January of 2023. Prior to this role, Bolton spent over 20 years as a reporter, editor, and publisher of the Cincinnati Business Courier. He then joined Cushman & Wakefield as a shareholder responsible for the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton region. Bolton also spent five years as CEO of local nonprofit Cincinnati Cares, where he helped build the organization into the nation’s largest volunteer opportunity database.

The Lunchtime Leader Chat series provides an exclusive opportunity for NKYPs to connect with regional community business leaders as they share professional development tips, lessons learned, industry insights, and personal mantras. Network with other NKYPs and hear about Bolton’s unique experience as a local business owner and the advice he has for emerging leaders, wherever where they are on their career journeys.
