Monday, May 12: Redefining Relationships - Succeeding as the Boss Among Friends

The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Manufacturing Extension Partnership have partnered to offer an interactive workshop to explore friendships in the workplace. 

This course explores the complexities of navigating friendships in a professional environment, particularly for leaders who find themselves in a position of authority among their peers. It provides participants with practical strategies for maintaining professionalism while fostering supportive relationships. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and role-playing exercises, leaders will learn how to redefine their relationships to create a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, respect, and productivity as they learn to lead their former peers and friends.
