Description

The Boone County Alliance invites people to participate in an event called "Take a Walk. Save a Life" on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 10 AM to 12 PM at the BCPL Main Branch.  During the event, participants will pick up door hangers containing 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline messaging and then distribute them in their neighborhoods to spread awareness that help and hope are always available.  The Boone County Alliance encourages participants to share their experience on social media using the hashtags #TakeAWalkSaveALife and #BooneCountyAlliance, and to tag @BooneCountyAlliance.
