Bring the family to Behringer-Crawford Museum for a hands-on craft inspired by history. During this special program, families will learn about tin punching, a decorative folk art popular in the 1800s, and create their own punched-tin design to take home. This fun and creative activity connects to BCM’s exhibit "Treasures From the Attic: 250 Years of Fashion & Furniture," exploring the everyday craftsmanship that once decorated homes and household items.Recommended for families with children ages 8 and up.
Cost: Museum admission plus $10 material fee. This is for one craft per family. If additional craft supplies are desired, they must be ordered at the time of registration, at an additional fee of $10 each.
