Chippie's Sensational Kids Club: America Recycles Day
Friday, November 15, 2024 (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM) (EST)
Description
"Paper, plastic, glass, and tin— Put them in the right bin! When we sort and don’t throw away, We give old stuff a brand-new day! So let’s recycle, help the Earth, And show our planet what it’s worth!" 🌍💚 In celebration of America Recycles Day, preschoolers are invited to learn how their actions can protect the environment and conserve resources with crafty art projects and fun stories. Even small actions—like sorting their trash—can make a big difference for their future and the world around them. Designed to prepare children for reading and socializing, this S.T.R.E.A.M.-based session (science, technology, reading, engineering, art, and math) will inspire young minds.
Chippie's Sensational Kids Club sessions are held monthly at the museum at 1600 Montague Road in Covington, KY. Cost is $3 plus museum admission. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration is required at least five days in advance. To reserve your spot, call the museum at 859-491-4003.
