One of the most powerful self-defense tools we have is our voice, yet it’s also the one many women find most difficult to use. In this 5-week online series, we will discuss and practice:
- Week 1 (March 11): Seeing and trusting ourselves
- Week 2 (March 18): Exploring how the words we use (both to ourselves and to others) impact our ability to take up space in the world
- Week 3 (March 25): Setting boundaries
- Week 4 (April 1): Designing a realistic self-care plan to support our well-being and resilience
- Week 5 (April 8): Owning our own stories and writing the next chapter(s)
All ESD workshop registration fees operate on a sliding scale.
