The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Manufacturing Extension Partnership have partnered to offer an interactive workshop to understand the generational differences in the workforce. 

In today’s workplace, multiple generations work side by side, each bringing unique values, perspectives, and work styles. This course, Understanding Generational Differences, is designed to equip leaders and team members with the insights and tools needed to bridge generational gaps, enhance collaboration, and leverage the strengths of all employees. Through case studies, interactive discussions, and practical strategies, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the characteristics and motivations of each generation—Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Gen Z. This knowledge fosters a positive work culture where diverse teams can thrive.
