The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Manufacturing Extension Partnership have partnered to offer an interactive workshop designed for the Frontline Leader. This workshop focuses on practical techniques and frameworks to identify, analyze, and solve workplace challenges efficiently.

Participants will be equipped with the tools and strategies to drive positive change in their teams and organizations. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises, case studies, and group discussions to cultivate a proactive problem-solving mindset.
