Topic:  The Resilient Workforce

Your workforce is one of the most important aspects of your business. They bring with them their experiences and skills that move the business forward. They also may face challenges on a personal or wellness level that affect their productivity.

You will hear from our experienced panel that will discuss how to navigate workforce challenges from an HR, EAP, personal, and business level. You will take away resources to recognize signs of issues and how to be proactive in getting and giving support.

Membership is open to businesses and community organizations operating within the Fort Thomas city limits. If you are a current member of the NKY Chamber in good standing, your business is automatically a member of the Fort Thomas Business Council.  

You do not have to be a member of the NKY Chamber to be a member of the Fort Thomas Business Council. Fort Thomas Business Council dues are $100 annually.  Click Here to complete the Fort Thomas Business Council membership application.
