Rooted Nourish is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our growing provider network as an independent contractor.

The RDN will provide virtual nutrition counseling and MNT when authorized, support nutrition and chronic-disease prevention goals, and may participate in employer wellness programs, group education and workshops.

Qualifications: Current RDN/RD credential; active license/certification where required; professional liability insurance; strong communication and documentation skills; and comfort providing virtual services.
