She started using AI to lighten the mental load by saving time on proposals, prepping for meetings, coaching her team, and managing everyday tasks. Now she helps others use AI in ways that make work and life more manageable, not more complicated. Her session, Reclaim Your Time: Simple Ways to Use AI at Work and at Home, is for professionals who want real, practical ways to start using AI. She meets attendees where they are and shows how to make AI a useful, time-saving support system without the overwhelm.     A 2025 40 under 40 awardee, Tarita Preston is passionate about people and purpose. She works as a Professional Life and Leadership Coach helping leaders, executives and teams improve communication, creativity, accountability and emotional intelligence. Tarita honed her skills in leadership and coaching by working in a number of challenging environments as an HRBP for General Electric. She provided guidance to senior managers during plant closings, national union negotiations and establishing a shared services organization. Prior to joining GE, Tarita held an array of positions in and outside of the United States. She worked in London, as a Parliamentary Assistant at the UK Parliament. In that role she provided research and analysis for several parliamentary legislations related to domestic and foreign affairs. She was an English Teacher in South Korea and a Program Monitor for the State of Illinois Department of Human Services. She holds two Masters Degrees from the University of Illinois at Champaign – Urbana. She is the creator of Advanced Leadership for Women: A Bold Vision. A live experience supporting women on their leadership journey. In her free time, Tarita offers her time and talent around Cincinnati. She is a Board Member for InfoTrust, Cincinnati Opera, Findlay Market Corporation, African American Chamber of Commerce, Northern Kentucky University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and (former board member) Adopt - A- Class Organization. In 2021, she received the Emerging Leader Award from the Cincinnati African American Chamber. She is also featured in Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati 2023 for leadership. She started Tarita Preston Coaching where she serves as an “elevating partner” for her clients. Supporting them on elevating their perspectives, mindsets and choices.

    Anna Wright is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, leading Prysmian’s branding and media initiatives for North America. As part of a Global organization, she works closely with Prysmian’s headquarters in Milan and collaborates with colleagues around the world. Anna leverages her experience spanning newsrooms and corporate settings to promote Prysmian’s external image and marketing initiatives in the United States and Canada. Anna began her career as a television news anchor and reporter for NBC, ABC, and CBS stations throughout the Midwest, including anchoring “Good Morning Cincinnati” at WKRC-TV. After leaving the news industry, she advanced in positions at Johnson & Johnson’s medical device company, Dinsmore & Shohl, a national law firm, and Northern Kentucky University. Committed to the region, Anna is a member of the Be NKY Growth Partnership Board of Directors and chairs its Marketing Committee. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Making Strides for Breast Cancer and on the NKY Chamber’s Women’s Initiative Breakfast Committee. She is a proud member of the NKY Chamber’s Leadership Northern Kentucky Class of 2022 and of Prysmian’s Global Advanced Leadership Program. Anna has been honored among her profession, named as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Marketing by Women We Admire and receiving the Hermes Creative Platinum Award for Event Marketing in 2025. Anna earned her Journalism degree from the University of Missouri. When she is not at work, Anna enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her family and two dogs.
