As a 10 year CEO of Bessler Auto Parts and Bessler's U Pull and Save, we grew our business from an unprofitable $20 million company to a very profitable $50 million dollar company. After a successful exit to a private equity company, I followed my heart and pursued my passion of helping businesses grow, increase profitability, and most importantly give them their time back.
I help businesses and their leadership teams implement a simple set of comprehensive tools designed to help with three things:
Vision: Aligning the entire leadership team and eventually the whole company around the vision and the plan
Traction: Pulling the Vision to the ground and executing on it with accountability and discipline
Healthy: Building a cohesive leadership team that communicates well, enjoys working with each other, intentionally building the culture we want to create.
