Beyond Neurodiversity was founded with the vision of expanding public understanding, acceptance, and celebration of neurodiversity, whether someone is neurodiverse or neurotypical. We believe that every individual brings unique strengths and needs to the table – and both should be celebrated and accommodated.
Our mission is to help organizations create welcoming and inclusive spaces for the neurodivergent community while building bridges for understanding, acceptance, and support of all individuals, regardless of their neurodivergent status. Through coaching, training, and resource development, Beyond Neurodiversity helps organizations create spaces where neurodiverse and neurotypical employees are valued, celebrated, and accommodated in ways that allow them to thrive.
