Aspire Alternatives provides commercial and civil mediation services, negotiation, and facilitation support. 

While I am not an attorney, I have 20+ years of career in sales, purchasing, and sourcing, supporting S&P 500. Throughout my career, I have built relationships, negotiated, and managed the needs of multiple parties: vendors, stakeholders, company management, and direct reports, ensuring business continuity and consistent performance. I understand the power of effective communication and collaboration.

As an independent mediator, I use a creative approach and thoughtful process in helping parties settle commercial and civil disputes by finding a jointly acceptable resolution. Studies show that mediation improves understanding between the parties, allowing for prompt, more cost-effective, and more satisfactory outcomes than a court order.

Services are provided in person, via Zoom and Microsoft Teams in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
