In March, we turn our focus to a topic with significant long-term implications for every employer in our region: The State of Higher Education in Northern Kentucky. As talent attraction, retention, and upskilling continue to challenge organizations across industries, understanding how higher education leaders are adapting to shifting workforce demands has never been more critical.

Attendees will gain a comprehensive look at priorities, innovations, and emerging opportunities from the leaders shaping the educational landscape in NKY.
