Here’s your opportunity to learn innovative strategies being used by local employers to hire, retain and develop talent. This is a highly energetic, engaging event, where attendees move between roundtable breakout sessions for peer-to-peer exchange.  

Interested in leading a Roundtable?  

The NKY Chamber of Commerce is looking for volunteers to lead roundtable sessions at the 7th Annual Workforce Best Practices Symposium. The half-day event will be held March 12th. Topics of interest include how to use data to drive talent strategies, AI and HR, managing and motivating front-line supervisors, and generational shifts impacting the workforce. For consideration, please complete the application below by Oct. 25.
