The Northern Kentucky Young Professionals invites you to join us for our Lunch Time Leader Chat series. Held once a quarter, the series allows young professionals to participate in meaningful discussions with influential leaders from across the region and gain insights into their career journeys while networking with peers.

NKYP is part of the NKY Chamber’s focus on talent attraction & retention, and key talent strategy to support regional goals to ensure the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati metro region has the YP talent needed to grow and compete at a national level. 

NKYP is focused on:

  1. Expanding professional and social networks for young professionals
  2. Connecting young professionals with quality programming and events to support growth & development;
  3. Engaging young professionals in the community to make a difference in their companies and the region.
