NKYP Volunteer Opportunity with Brighton Center: Mail Carriers Food Drive

Description

Join NKYP to support the National Postal Carriers Food Drive benefiting Brighton Center! Volunteers will help collect, unload, and organize food donations gathered by postal workers from local residents.

What to Expect:

Quick orientation at Brighton Center (Family Center Building)

Walk as a group to the Newport Post Office

Sort and organize donations for the food pantry

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes

Be ready for physical activity (walking/lifting)

Finish time may vary based on donation volume (estimated 8pm).

Where:

Brighton Center & Newport Post Office 

4pm- 8pm

10 volunteer spots are available

Parking:

799 Ann Street (Brighton Center Family Center Building) Parking lot across from the family center.
